Simple Air and Ice

Matt and his wife took my call in the later part of day and came out to see what will be needed to fix AC. Matt finised his job at another custmers house and headed straight to my house. Which was in another town. Need a new motor and fan. He had the motor but needed the fan blade. This was at 7ish pm, so no warehouse open. Next day came back out with the parts and fixed. Good customer service. Paid online through portal. Motor has 1 year warranty and 90 day labor.

Simple Air and Ice did my original installation. It was a replacement for a 20 year old system. I asked them to come out and do an inspection since it had been approximately 2 years since the installation. When Matt arrived, he went right to work and inspected everything. All was good. I highly recommend Matt and his staff. They will work with you.

Matthew came and installed my until very professionally and in a timely manner. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions as needed. His price was also very reasonable.

Matt young and his team did an excellent job installing a new air and heat unit at my home and also did an excellent job fixing a moisture problem in my upstairs which has been an on going issue for years.
