I could not be happier with the service I received from Newman's! They were recommended to me from a trusted friend so this was my first experience. They diagnosed my 2011 CRV accurately and for free, and gave me the written estimate. I had to wait a couple weeks because money but it was no issue. They had a driver that was able to bring me home (and back the last time) which is incredibly convenient and they got my big baby back on the road the same day. They talked to me in words I can understand and I never got the sense that they were trying to upsell or do anything not needed. Some women have this experience at auto shops. My personal experience here was trustworthy, reliable, and efficient! I will definitely refer them to friends and family and use them for any future issues we may have. Truly a breath of fresh air during the holidays to be treated well and kindly.

I had a great experience with this family-run auto shop! Everyone was friendly, straightforward, and honest from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. As a woman and single mother, I really appreciate that level of integrity. A lot of places might try to take advantage of the fact that I don’t know much about cars, but they were completely honest and treated me like family. It genuinely felt like they cared about doing right by me rather than just making a sale. They even went above and beyond by dropping me off at my house and picking me up when my car was ready. The prices were fair and reasonable, and the service was excellent. I truly trust them to take care of my car. Definitely the best shop in town and the only place that will get my business.

My experience with Newman‘s was great! Rodney Jr. was a great help in explaining what problems i thought my car had and was very honest. I found that my car actually had nothing wrong with it and he explained that in detail with me very well and even gave me tips on how to check if something seems off again. I was not charged in the end for my diagnostic and overall it was a very good experience! I will def be coming here in the future for any car needs! :)

We started using Newman's a few years ago at a family friend's recommendation. Of the dozens of times we've taken our cars there, we've had follow-up issues a few times. But Newman's always made good on those issues. I had AC issues in my 2005 Buick LaSabre. They said I needed a new one and soon, but they could try a fix to see if it helped. That was 2 years ago and that AC will still freeze your eyelids! Highly recommend.

If I could, I would put ZERO STARS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here. I have brought my car here 3 times this week without success. I originally brought it in for the fan knob not working. They told me I need the motor blower and resistor replaced. I brought it in on Monday for the said repairs. When I picked it up that afternoon, fan knob is working but now the ac/heater knob is not working, unable to turn the ac/heater knob (which originally it was working properly). I called them back to let them know the issue but they were already closed for the day. I called them the next day, Tuesday to let them know and even brought it by to have a mechanic check it and he told me to bring it by again tomorrow which I couldn’t due to a work commitment and that it would be Friday until I could. Brought it in Friday morning for them to fix it. Came to the shop to pick up my car, my car is nowhere in site. I asked where it is and if they fixed the issue, they said yes, it was their fault. When they inserted the new motor and resistor, they messed up the wiring and that they had moved my car to their overflow parking at Home Depot parking lot (without my authorization). Drove to Home Depot and found my car, turned it on and no air blowing. I called the shop to let them know that the vehicle is still not repaired and let them know the issues and that I have brought it in twice already expecting for repairs to be made as I have already made the payment for the repair. Again, I was asked to bring it back the next morning for them to “fix” it. Saturday morning I arrived, and waited for it. 2 hrs later I was told that they are not able to repair is as it keeps burning, that they would order the part from a dealership and I can bring it again next week. After this time, I have wasted time and effort for them to fix it and have been very patient with them and allowed them to redeem themselves but after the third time, I have had enough. I requested my money back. No customer service, no quality assurance, no accountability, no preparations for parts and failed to repair the issue that was presented. DO NOT let this business waste your time, energy and money.
