Working with McNeill Plumbing was an excellent experience. We had a long standing sewer line root blockage in our front yard that we delayed repairing because of the cost. When we finally moved forward, McNeill handled the job professionally from start to finish. After the initial excavation and pipe replacement, I thought the problem was solved, but the line backed up again two days later! They responded immediately and cleared it at no charge. When they discovered an additional blockage under our driveway that had been missed the first time, they took responsibility and repaired it for only a small increase over the original estimate. Throughout the process, they were understanding, responsive, and professional. What could have been a stressful situation was handled fairly and honestly. We were treated better than we expected. I cannot recommend them enough! Really.

Called Jason in the service department, told him I needed the outside hose bibs replaced at my house, he had a technician out the same day. Tyler did a great job, found out I had a water meter issue in the process, Jason had the city out to replace water meter the next day. Roxanne called me the following day letting me know Tyler was coming back to finish. Tyler called me when he was at the house to let me know everything was good to go. No worries with McNeill Plumbing. Top Notch service across the board!

During the Christmas holidays we were faced with a surprise slab leak, definitely not a surprise we expected or wanted! McNeill Plumbing to the rescue! They were responsive and worked diligently to get us through the season. We were not planning a 10k+ end of the year expense, but re-piping our entire home was the best solution. The team McNeill sent was outstanding: Justin, Mike, Dennis,PJ and Roman. Dennis by passed the leak to give us water, Mike, PJ and Roman pulled pipe throughout the attic and trenches, while Justin Crowe worked the inside pulling pipes in, cutting drywall access, and reconnecting all our new plumbing. Trenton came out today to work on my garbage disposal. He unlocked it within minutes and explained how l could maintain it. Not only was he polite and professional, he took the time to answer my questions. I have used Keith McNeill in the past and have always been very pleased with the service. If l have to call them for anything l will definitely ask for Trenton. He’s the BEST!!!!

Recently I realized my hot water heater needed to be replaced. I had never experienced that issue before but called McNeill Plumbing when my sister recommended them. Jared was my tech and he was quite timely, extremely professional, courteous and well versed about the process. It looked amazing when he was finished and he left behind a clean garage! I will definitely use them again and was very pleased!
