Honest Refrigeration & Air did an amazing job for me. My system wasn’t cooling right and I called them expecting a long wait, but they showed up fast and were extremely professional from start to finish. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a way I could understand, and had my unit running better than it has in years. What really stood out was the honesty and care. No upselling, no pressure, just solid, trustworthy work. It’s rare to find a company that lives up to its name, but this one truly does. Highly recommend to anyone needing AC or refrigeration work done. I’ll definitely be using them again!

What a wonderful experience I had with this company. My A/C is so much quieter and definitely more efficient, it’s not running any where near as much as it was. He even found a gas leak outside that the city was shocked he even noticed. You can’t go wrong giving this company your business. He also found a hole where the lines go up into the attic that the installers 7 years ago didn’t insulate so hot air has been coming in from the attic all this time. It pays to have a different company come do maintenance. I had called the previous company numerous times since the day it was installed about how loud it was. It’s quiet now!

My AC went out on a weekday evening, and Eric came to the rescue that night to assess the problem, even continuing to help in the rain. He knew exactly the issue and repaired my AC quickly and with the upmost professionalism. He also performed a much needed cleaning of my AC Unit. My experience was wonderful, and I would recommend Eric to anyone who needs AC unit repairs. The prices are very reasonable and affordable! Thank you Eric!

Requested an AC maintenance. His price was the most reasonable. My AC unit was filthy, never having been cleaned. The inside was filled with leaves and the outside had debris stuck all over it. It really shines now. Fantastic job. Nice guy. Highly recommend.

Mr. Almonte showed up on time and was wonderful to work with!!! He has a kind and gracious manner and identified the problem immediately. He showed me things that I needed to know that will help keep my a/c unit running it's best. He is customer oriented which is an unusual thing in today's world. His pricing reflects honesty and integrity. It is nothing like 99 percent of the companies today. Would I use him again? In a heartbeat!!!
