Kashif was kind thorough and communicated what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He turned off the gas because he confirmed we had a gas leak. He made a point to come back out the next day to complete the work that needed to be done. He came in and checked to make sure he couldn’t smell any gas in the house and that our heat was functioning properly. He played a little soccer with my son. And my kids gave him a Coca-cola when he left. Kashif is a great catch a stand up man and a really good technician. With the temperatures dropping this evening it was a relief he was able to get our heat back on. Thank you Kashif.
