Chris didn’t show for two appointments he made with me in the same week. He told me he forgot about the first one on the next day. Things happen and I understand that, so I re-scheduled with him. He didn’t show again. I never heard from him after he was a no-show for the second one. Thankfully, Thompson Electric came out immediately and solved the problem.
