Had a whole new unit put in by Barineau. Could not be more pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Excellent customer service and the three guys that did the install were first class. Would highly recommend.

Bob was great to work with. He spent a lot of time explaining many different solutions to my system’s problem. He was patient and kind, and followed up multiple times to make sure I was happy with the outcome and didn’t have any further questions. Gary was an amazing project manager. He checked in with me multiple times throughout the project, was efficient and knowledgeable. His entire team was professional, hard working and did a great job. Steve went above and beyond to get the inspection done on time while dealing with glitches with county inspectors coming to the house. I’m grateful and so glad I went with Barineau. They are top notch!

Kyle is personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job troubleshooting and then explaining what was wrong and the options. He was patient in answering all the questions we had. He represents Barineau AC with the upmost professionalism. Also a shout out to Bob the sales guy. He was very professional and a good listener of our needs. He was very low pressure and made sure we had various options to choose from. Within 30 minutes he had 3 proposals to us. I really appreciate Bob’s approach. Kudos to Barineau’s.

Our Barineau crew was with us for 4 days while replacing ducts, adding intakes, and replacing our whole system. I cannot speak highly enough about the service we got. These guys were professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, and worked so hard and so well together. They came in, got the job done, and cleaned up after! I am incredibly impressed and so pleased. Shout out to Gio and Frank for an excellent job...you guys rock!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was our second time using Barineau Heating and Air Conditioning in the last 30 days, and they’ve been excellent both times. Even though our AC was installed by another company, Barineau’s service and customer care have been outstanding. We worked with two different technicians, Mike and Dustin, and both were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I’m very customer-service oriented, and this company truly delivers. Highly recommend!
