STAY AWAY!! Our warranty company contracted with Baker Heating and Air, to install a new heating a/c unit. The tech who came out to install it, stated he needed to get another part, however, he “got us up and running so you’ll have air until I return and when I get back I’ll finish hooking it up. Fast forward when he returned he conveniently “forgot” what he previously stated. After hiring someone else, it was discovered that Baker Heating and Air did a Bum A job! The new company took pictures of the haphazard job-(2x4’s on the emergency drain pan, drain hooked up to the secondary and not properly draining. Heat strips not properly grounded. No safety switches of ANY kind for the drain or float switch. This list goes on and on. STAY AWAY! I’m calling the BBB and DBPR.

I have warranty with Sears and they're the recommended warranty company. I can not get in touch with them and my AC has been out for 3 weeks now.

I tried contacting them, couldn't get an answer.
