We hired these guys to replace a very old A/C system, and to say I was impressed is an understatement. I am super picky and not an easy person to make 100% happy. The workers (including the owner David) showed up 30 minutes early, and put drop clothes down to ensure not to mess up our floors. They also wore shoe covers just to be extra safe. The install was super clean to include all wiring and piping on both the air handler and heat pump. Once the install was completed, not only did they do a great job cleaning up, they went above and beyond and vacuumed up where the drop cloths were at. During the final inspection the A/C started right up and worked flawlessly. I have included a bunch of pictures to support this post because that’s what helps me when I’m searching for a good company. We will definitely be using these guys for all our A/C needs in the future.

Our unit went out on 11/8/2024. I contacted Keith on 11/9. He came out on 11/11 and gave us a quote, which was approximately $4,000 less than his competitor and the unit was larger. In the interim, he provided portable air units until the new AC unit was installed. The new unit arrived on 11/15. Although Keith had other jobs, he came out to assist and oversee the install. He made sure everything was done to his perfect standards. Tristan and James did an excellent job and were very kind. Keith is an excellent professional air conditioning mechanic. He was very attentive to our needs, questions and concerns. He thoroughly explained everything he would be doing. He's very hospitable, timely, dependable and trustworthy, which is so important to us. Our unit runs very smoothly and we love it. Thanks again Keith for an excellent professional experience. Air Pros has done our heating and a/c at multiple houses we have moved to as well as my family members. Keith/Air Pros are always extremely helpful, punctual, fair and honest, and happy to explain whatever issues may be going on with our unit. If you’re looking for an air professional then this should be your call. 10/10 would recommend.
